Return Policy for Griffon Socks
We at Griffon Socks are committed to providing you with the highest quality products and service. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please see the details below regarding our return policy:

1. Return Period:
We accept returns for items within 14 days of receipt. The return period begins on the day the package is delivered as per the delivery confirmation provided by the shipping carrier.

2. Eligible Items:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging.

3. Non-Returnable Items:
Please note, due to hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns for items that have been worn or washed.

4. Return Process:
To initiate a return, please email us: info@griffonsocks.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your return.

5. Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you via email. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 business days for the credit to appear on your account, depending on your card issuer's policies.

6. Shipping Costs:
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is lost in transit.

7. Exchanges:
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.
